Marketing Manager

Overall Mission description:

Chronolife is looking for a driven Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our products & services, awareness campaigns and lead generation campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and plan in Europe & North America.

Main Tasks:

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Participate in the development of the marketing strategy and plan with the different functional areas of the company and in line with company objectives. Take the lead on its execution. Define budget and make it approved, Manage the budget.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Build on Chronolife’s product/service messaging that sets its products/services apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and content across different channels to attract and convert our target groups. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Identify events that support the commercial strategy and plan of the organization targeting lead generation. Obtain speaking slots in major healthcare events and support the managers and steering committee members to prepare presentations to such events. Identifying and developing key opinion leaders in alignment with disease area/ target market strategy. Lobbying key opinion leaders on complex scientific issues and product support. Participate to the drafting and publication of articles and white papers
• Lead market intelligence and participate in product pricing using market research data where needed
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results. Integrate customer knowledge and market data into the Upstream Marketing and Business Development when appropriate
• Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and the associated proof points, and develop compelling marketing collateral as needed and for different audiences
• supporting the evangelization of our offering and competitive advantages to the healthcare stakeholders
• Analyse data for Business Development for potential and existing development partners, and for internal product decisions. Prepare reports outlining opportunities and recommendations

Skills and Capabilities:

• At least 5 years of diverse healthcare experience working for a Medtech, digital health or pharma group with a proven track record for working in a comparable role for at least 3 years
• Able to work as a member of a cross functional team. Able to focus on developing and delivering key messages. Proficiency in both spoken and written French & English is a must for this role
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn and adapt to fast paced culture and demands of digital health medtech
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Proven success in product management is strong encouraged
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement/ lead generation and management
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
